For 8 nights of Chanukah, you are invited to join a nightly 45-min yoga practice via Zoom, kindling our candles and inner lights to shine to the world beyond!Practices will be mixed level, adaptable for first-time or long-time yogis, and require no special equipment. Each night we will explore connections between one of yoga’s eight yamas and niyamas (ethical practices) and Chanukah’s spiritual and ethical concepts.

There is no fee, but donations to non-profit organizations working to illuminate and repair the world will be encouraged.
